Are you interested in local news and views? Do you feel that there should be more of a local voice in the Rhondda? Have you got a talent or a yearning for writing; filming or taking photos; digital media; or for knowing what’s going on and wanting to share it? Would you like to be part of a new venture to create news and information for your community?
Cardiff University’s Centre for Community to Journalism is here to help. We’ll provide the training, development and support. You connect the community and tell the stories.
Our first meeting takes place on Thursday 10 October, 6 – 7pm. If you are interested in finding out more or in being part of a team of committed and passionate community journalists, give Emma or Hannah a call on 029 208 70101, or email Emma at [email protected] or Hannah at [email protected].
